Since Monday was October 1st, and since there were a few major market meltdowns during this month, the press wants to know if the highs are in. Except, the market exploded HIGHER this morning due to the new tri-lateral trade deal that replaces NAFTA.

In today’s video, I discuss this new deal and what, if anything, that could negate that enthusiasm this week.
