A quick but important note from the road on today’s market action. Financial Intelligence Training students know the three key areas I teach about to view the underlying health of the markets. Today, they are what I would refer to, in the most clinical and technical of terms as acting “no bueno”. Kidding aside, have a gander at the Semis, the Financials and the Transports and see the recent price action has them living below their 200 DMAs. The beneath the surface view is much different as the Dow paints north of its 50 DMA. In my opinion, it is now extremely important to assess your portfolio risk. This is not to suggest fear, but rather awareness. You want to be able to make decisions from an educated perspective and not from an emotional reaction. Join me for a quick review.
