A member driven Non-Profit in Washington DC working with Blockchain adoption within federal agencies and also for private enterprise use. He is certified in Blockchain Systems Architecture and is a member of The Advanced Technology Academic Research Center’s Security Blockchain Working Group, currently looking at a blockchain solution for Voting in the US.

He has been involved in cryptocurrency investing for over 5 years and is a featured cryptocurrency expert for TD Ameritrade Network. speaking at data center workshops on crypto mining and at smart cities conferences on the use of blockchain in IOT. Howard has attended SEC bootcamps and CFTC events on crypto regulations in the US and written opinion to the SEC and FinCen on crypto regulations.
