Today I go back to another value play in a micro name. I love the potential in $NIO and apparently, others do also. Small breakout on greater than normal volume. So seeing larger than normal trading activity always piques my interest. If investors are willing to price $TSLA at their valuation, then $NIO should be considered the steal of the century.
