Yesterday, September 6th, was the supposed deadline for China to come to the table for agreement on trade tariffs.  They did not, but there was no implementation of any new tariffs – especially the $200 billion level that was warned.

Today, Friday the 7th, could have been the day the tariffs were implemented but were not.  The day, however, was not devoid of “trade war” news. When asked on Air Force One how the negotiations were going, president Trump said not all that well, and that he is ready for an additional $267-BILLION in tariffs at any time.
