As one of Prosper Trading Academy’s very first student success stories, Cecilia Lim transformed herself from a student into a professional trader, mentor, and instructor. Her remarkable journey embodies what’s possible when education, discipline, and consistency come together. Today, she co-leads C&C Trading Factory, helping the next generation of traders achieve the same transformation she experienced.
Cecilia is a professional trader, attorney, entrepreneur, and one of Prosper Trading Academy’s most respected trading coaches. After spending more than 20 years in corporate America, she discovered that day trading offered the flexibility and financial freedom she had been searching for. Previously holding a Series 7, 6 and 63, Cecilia joined Prosper Trading Academy in 2017 and immersed herself in mastering the markets under the guidance of professional traders.
Today, Cecilia has transformed trading into a thriving business and is best known as the “Yoda” behind C&C Trading Factory, where she specializes in helping traders develop discipline, confidence, and a repeatable process. A graduate of the University of Illinois and the University of Illinois Chicago School of Law, Cecilia combines analytical thinking with real-world trading experience to help students simplify the markets and build long-term consistency.
When she’s not trading, Cecilia is also a comic book publisher, attorney, entrepreneur, and proud mom—bringing the same passion, discipline, and dedication to every role she takes on.
