New Life For Opko Health

Opko Health Inc. rose sharply today in trading as the recoup nearly 50% of its losses from September 7th. The stock (Ticker: OPK) slumped sharply this month due to the news that the SEC is investigating an alleged stock price manipulation scheme that affected OPK in addition to other stocks. Numerous class action lawsuits have since been filed on behalf of investors, but traders seem to have concluded that the selloff might be overdone. Here’s what happened.
