Opko Health Inc. rose sharply today in trading as the recoup nearly 50% of its losses from September 7th. The stock (Ticker: OPK) slumped sharply this month due to the news that the SEC is investigating an alleged stock price manipulation scheme that affected OPK in addition to other stocks.
