Will there be a $200-billion tariff levied against China or not?  The president tweeted about it again this morning when he sent the following: Tariffs have put the U.S. in a very strong bargaining position, with Billions of Dollars, and Jobs, flowing into our Country – and yet cost increases have thus far been almost unnoticeable. If countries will not make fair deals with us, they will be “Tariffed!”

Later, Larry Kudlow was quoted as saying things on this issue that didn’t sound very positive, which can lead traders to believe that the tariffs will be official sometime today.
