How to Place a Stop Order on the Think or Swim Platform

We have talked about the pros and cons of stop orders in the past.  But, how does one actually enter one of these types of orders?

The nuts and bolts of how to do this will change from platform to platform, but here is an example of how to do it on TD Ameritrade’s ThinkOrSwim platform.
